No tips that I can really pin down for you - I've been able to read quickly ever since I was a girl. My mom used to get so frustrated with me because I would need two trips to the library in a week most weeks! Thankfully, now I can drive there myself (and can check out as many books as I'd like each go!). When I read I get very focused and am able to ignore everything around me. Most people get a lot read I think if they can devote a few hours only to it every day. I'm lucky enough to get 4-5 hours out of each day (and sometimes more) just for reading. @Cheryl Hm.
