In lieu of my normal Tuesday post I’m taking a time out to share with you all something very special that’s blossoming into reality.
This amazing book has prompted something that has spiraled into something cool which has spiraled into something amazingly huge and cool. It all started when an internet message board community, of which I am a member, introduced me to a special group of gals.
The plan: Every 2 weeks we will all attempt a new project (or two projects a month).
The people: There’s a huge list. I think we’re at 26? Not all will be blogging but all will be participating/leaving comments.
The place: Visit us at The Button Club. Bookmark us. Buy this book and do the projects along with us!
The time: We’re starting May 1, 2010. Be sure to watch for the upcoming posts.
And even if you don’t follow along with us, check out this book. I guarantee there will be at least one thing in here you did not know how to do! We’re starting off with How to Fold a Fitted sheet – which is desperately needed on this end being as.. well.. my version of folding a fitted sheet is shoving it into the back of a closet and enjoying a beer while I completely forget about it.
It should be fun and I’m very much looking forward to this project!
