What else is going on this week? Well.. where do I begin?
- My mother left this past week after going through a whirlwind of activity and cleaning out my closets for me. I’m horrible about putting away winter clothes and pulling out the spring/summer – but I do love it when it’s actually done (for neatness reasons as well as for comfort!).
- I’m having a fantastic week of reading so far – but still have three library books that were due yesterday (!!) so I’ll be incurring some fees as I rush to get them read.
- Last night my book club met and had a really interesting discussion on the changes in perception of women and housekeeping. I believe the mutual consensus was that none of us would wish to be a housewife in the ’50′s, but a housewife in the late 1800′s who has servants wouldn’t be that bad. It sure was a lively chat!
- This weekend I’m planning on seeing a movie – but which one has me all twisted up! There’s so many I want to see and just not enough time. What do you all suggest?
