I probably would never have picked up this book if it weren’t for your review. SO glad I did! I was completely swept away in the story. What I loved the most was the writing – a great vocabulary builder, and I loved his phrasing. A complex but riveting story. Thank you for leading me to it!

I read it as an ebook – but I dunno, I guess I liked it. The book was more finished than some others I’ve gotten from NetGalley.

Readers either seem to like the use of the ampersand or they don’t. Since I read it as an ebook, the ampersand felt like I was reading an unfinished version. It probably works better in print form.
