You’re right, Catriona didn’t get much development. She seems important in the prologue, and then barely peeps a word for what, a hundred pages? I think I was so enamored by Seth and the rest of the story that i barely noticed.

I’ve read the first two (I wasn’t even aware this one was out yet, for shame!), and I mostly enjoyed them. But yeah, it’s mostly because Flavia is a fun character, not specifically because of the mystery — and I like mysteries.
